We take the Safeguarding of our pupils extremely seriously. We ask our whole school community to take a shared commitment to and responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of our pupils. Principally this means all staff and people from other agencies working within the school. However, it also includes, volunteers, parents, families and anyone else who is involved in our school life.

Our Designated Senior Person responsible for Safeguarding is Mrs Kris Radford-Rea.

In her absence, Mrs Sian Hawes becomes the DSP.

If you have any worries, concerns or observations you feel are important, we encouarge you to share them - you can either approach class teachers, Kris and Mrs Hawes. Open, honest and prompt communication is key to keep our children safe.

We ensure that we operate a Safer Recruitment policy when we make any appointments in school, with the support of Lincolnshire County Council. There will always be one person on an interview panel who is trained in Safer Recruitment.

Currently ALL members of Staff and Volunteers have to hold a valid DBS or CRB.

Our Safeguarding Policy is available by visiting our Policies page.
