Mrs Kris Radford-Rea

My name is Mrs Kris Radford-Rea. I have been the Head Teacher at Edenham School since January 2007. I have two boys, who both attend school here. I am a member of the Governing Body and a Local Leader of Education (LLE) working when needed to support other Primary Schools in Lincolnshire. I am the Designated Person for Safeguarding in our school.


Mrs Sukey Brewster - Chair of Governors

My name is Mrs Sukey Brewster, Chair to the Governing Body. I have experience of school leadership in boh the state and private sectors. I am currently Head of PrePrep at Witham Hall School.

Mrs Penny Dawson - Vice-Chair to the Governing Body

Jeremy and I have two children at Edenham School.  They both use the school bus which picks up from Witham-on-the-Hill,  Manthorpe and Bourne.  I help maintain the garden, grounds and pond area at school.  I am self-employed and run a plant nursery. I have a broad range of experience as a governor including as Acting-Chair in 2016, and an ongoing role as Chair to the Management Committee.

The Revd Andrew Hawes

The Revd Andrew Hawes M.A. S.S.C. Vicar of Edenham,  Witham on the Hill and Swinstead, Warden of Edenham Regional House since 1989. Known as Father Andy to the local community, I am also a Foundation Governor. I have been a parent at the school and a Governor for twenty years. At one time the school’s football and cricket coach, I now have a brief for R. E. Collective Worship and Child Protection/ Safeguarding.

Mr Andrew Millikin

My name is Andrew Millikin, I am a serving officer in the Royal Air Force and commanding officer of the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight. I was originally elected as a Parent-Governor and continue as a governor with responsibility for Safeguarding. Both my children attend Edenham School.

Mr Tom McWilliams

I am Tom McWilliams and have been a governor since mid-2010. I am now a co-opted Governor.  My youngest daughter attended the school some 11 years ago and I am delighted to be able to give something back in return.  I have no background in primary education but have been an instructor and lecturer to professional adults for many years.  I am told that my strength is in being an outsider able to question things that others, more involved with the daily routine of the school, may see as obvious.


Mrs Charlie Norton 

My name is Charlie Norton and I have lived in the Stamford area for over 20 years. Until recently, I was a primary school teacher specialising in working with pupils with Specific Learning Difficulties. I am now trained as a CBT practitioner working with children and young people, and have a particular interest in emotional health and wellbeing.  I have 4 (very nearly!) grownup children, who have attended a wide range of schools in the local area.


Mrs Johann Boorman

My name is Johann Boorman, and I began as Clerk to Edenham School GB in September 2016. I am a very experienced Clerk and currently also am employed by one other school in Lincolnshire and temp for schools in Peterborough when required.


Mr Barry Wilmott

Mr Barry Wilmott - Foundation Governor from September 2015. I am a former senior leader in a local secondary school, and my areas of responsibility were geography and pastoral care. I now work with the school to review provision with a specific focus on the character of the school as a Church of England setting. 

Mrs Liz Unwin

My name is Liz Unwin. I was a Parent Governor from 2010, and I now support the school as a co-opted governnor.  I am a Chartered Surveyor who worked for the Grimsthorpe Estate until December 2016. I use my skills and knowledge to support Health and Safety amongst other areas, in school . I have two boys both of whom attend or have attended Edenham School.


Mrs Laura Goode

My name is Laura Goode and I have been a parent in the school for 6 years. Both of my children attend the school. I was appointed to the governing body in September 2017. I have been a regular parent volunteer in school for a number of years, and will be able to use this experience and knowledge to inform my role as governor.
